Fahime is named after my mother and means smart. Being smart is an important issue and because of the patriarchy women do not know how smart they are. These earrings are one of our most oversized designs that persist on the injustice towards women. They are made for strong and smart women to remind them how powerful they are. Their design is based on the arches in the Persian architecture that have been combined with crown and creates a new shape which still is similar to Persian motifs. Fahime is part of our limited Bakht collection.k

Lo'bat was formed in 2018 by two friends, Golnar Ahmadian & Hediyeh Maadi Tehrani. The duo joined their creative minds in efforts to create handmade accessories. The Lo'bat girls have always kept their consciousness about materials and their potential impact on the environment. In an effort to minimize their impact on the environment, they chose to use recycled paper as the medium for making their unique, paper-mâché statement pieces.

The name Lo'bat comes from the ancient term used to compliment Persian women; meaning “beautiful lady”.  The brand’s designs aim to highlight the contrast between softness and hardness, ideally to make any women feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful. The brand operates out of Toronto, Canada.
