When you place an order through the website, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. How do we collect information?

We collect

(2) Log files track actions occurring on the website, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. Please note that we do not alter our websites data collection and use practices when we detect a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

How do we use your information?

We use personal information provided to fulfill any orders placed through the website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). We also use your information to measure and improve the uniqueness and effectiveness of our services; to communicate with you about the buyer / seller process; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with tailored information or advertising relating to our products or services. We also screen our orders which contain personal information for potential risk or fraud.
 

How do we disclose your information?  

To operate this website, we work with select third parties who we may share your personal information with to achieve the uses described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store. For the period of October 1, 2020 through to February 28, 2021, we will be engaged in a promotional partnership with Hudsons Bay Company during which time your personal information may be shared with Hudsons Bay Company for the purposes of measuring and improve the uniqueness and effectiveness of our services. Only those who complete a purchase will have their emails shared. You may opt-out of receiving communications from Hudsons Bay at any time.

We receive the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Changes will take place immediately upon posting to the website. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that products and services may continue to be shared with you.
