Shipping & Returns

We carry collections by designers and brands who respect the planet, people and process of careful creation. They make high quality products in small batches among local teams, by hand, limited edition, and made-to-order. This can take a bit a time, which we think is a beautiful thing. On each product page, please take note of the unique preparation time for shipping.

INLAND offers free regular shipping across Canada on all orders over $150.


We all have a responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible. High return rates place a heavy burden on the environment. Rather than over buying with the intent or all-to-easy option to return, we encourage you to make thoughtful, meaningful decisions about your purchases.

To help reduce returns, we are working on introducing virtual fitting consultations to help you find the best fit before buying. You can also subscribe for updates about virtual trunk shows held live with designers, and about our seasonal in-person popup events.

If you live outside of Canada or the USA and would like to place an order, please email us including your address and a link to the item(s) you would like to purchase.


Respecting the designer process, all sale items, made-to-order and specialty marked products are final sale.

Most orders will be sent within 2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product page under the Shipping tab. Please take note of the unique preparation time for each product.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order reference number and address. Please confirm your shipping address is correct and email us right away if not. We are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit and orders returned due to an invalid address will incur an additional shipping charge. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email confirmation with a tracking number.

Packages will come directly from each designer and therefore may arrive from multiple locations and take varying times to prepare, process, and arrive.

Shipping dates on all orders are estimated, not guaranteed. Orders shipped to P.O. boxes and remote areas can only be sent through standard shipping and may take longer.

Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to cherish your purchase for a lifetime. If upon receiving your order you feel otherwise, returns and exchanges are offered on select items. Respecting the 
designer process, all sale items, made-to-order, and specialty marked products are final sale.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. 

To initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Ensure that items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags fully attached.

  2. Email us at within 7 days of receiving your order stating your order number, listing the item(s), and whether you wish to return or exchange.

  3. We will send you the shipping address to return the item directly to the designer.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided, including the original invoice. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped back to you for free.

  5. For your protection, please pack your returns in the original packaging, return your order with an insured carrier, and retain your tracking number.

  6. Once the item has been received and confirmed to be in its original condition, your refund will be made in the form of the original payment.

  7. If there are any discrepancies, please email us, proving a scanned copy of your invoice.

By placing an order with us, you understand that neither INLAND or the designer shall be liable for any delays, damages or lost packages as a result of the shipping process. If an item becomes damaged after use or wear by no fault of your own, email us with images and a description of the issue. We will work with you to ensure a solution.
